Our homeowners are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life of members through a number of community services. The use of the Association facilities is limited to members and their guests. Guests must be accompanied by a member.
DO NOT swim alone. Inexperienced swimmers should stay in the wading area. Flotation devices are NOT a substitution for swimming ability.
Children must be supervised at ALL times.
NO nuisance will be maintained on Association property.
NO glass bottles or containers allowed.
NO littering. Please use designated trash barrels.
NO boats are allowed in the swimming area.
Vehicle parking is restricted to designated parking areas. Members, and their guests are allowed to use the Tennis Court and the parking area next to the Ball Field for overnight parking instead of the streets. Any long-term parking or storage is prohibited on Association property. Vehicles may enter the play and beach areas to unload or load only.
Pets must be on a leash and under control by their owners at all times.
Either by observation or complaints by members, an officer is obliged to enforce, in a reasonable manner, the above rules.
